What we love about our oysters is each one tells a story. One story is about an oyster and the 5-7 year journey it takes to get into our hands. We love how oysters may taste a little bit different, but those differences tell us another story about the environment in which this oyster grew. The oyster also tells us a story about the men and women who harvest these oysters and all the hard work and passion that it has taken to get that oyster from the sea floor to your plate.
